Our design process is built on three core foundations: excellence in fit, a deep understanding of ergonomics, and a focus on functional design detail.

We are dedicated to the development and use of sustainable materials.
The composition of our styles plays a crucial role in the environmental
impact of our garments.
We are determined to source non-petrochemicals whenever feasible, and we strive to find resilient, practical materials that have longevity. Our core material programs use bio-based nylons and wool.
With our state-of-the-art technology, you can effortlessly stay dry, comfortable, and warm regardless of the weather conditions. Our designs provide unrivalled performance through the fusion of extremely waterproof and breathable materials with our innovative Stealth™ Seaming technology.

STITCH-LESS TECHNOLOGY
Our expertly engineered seams use no stitching, no external heat, and no glue. Resulting in performance seams that are 50% stronger, 90% warmer, and has half the thickness of traditional seams.
At Expio, we have partnered with Stealth™ technology, utilising their patented sonic and high-frequency processes, capable of precision welding our bio-nylon styles without the need for stitching.
We believe that not only are they more refined than stitched and lapped seams, but they perform much better too.
